2 cloves of garlic, minced

1. Prepare the chicken:
Season the chicken:
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
Brown the chicken: In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken on all sides until well seared and lightly browned. Remove and set aside. Herbs and spices

Sauté the onion and garlic:
In the same pan where you browned the chicken, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until golden brown and fragrant.
Add the Coca-Cola and ketchup:
Add the can of Coca-Cola and the ketchup to the pan. If you prefer, you can also add the tablespoon of soy sauce for a touch of saltiness. Stir well to combine everything.
