1 Marinate the chicken

Add chicken and toss to coat.
Let marinate for 15–30 minutes (or longer for more flavor).
2 Cook the chicken
Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
Set aside.
3 Prepare the avocado rice
In a bowl, mix:
Cooked rice
Mashed avocado
Lime juice
Cilantro
Salt
Stir until creamy and well combined.
4 Assemble the stack
Use a bowl or ring mold for a neat stack:
Add a layer of avocado rice
Top with honey lime chicken
Add toppings like tomatoes, corn, or beans
Gently lift the mold to reveal the stack.
